Our products are quality assured

Our Proven Quality

All of our luggages undergo extensive simulation test for quality across all usage and functions. Each luggage undergoes a wheel mileage test, drop test, tumble test and handle sturdiness test to ensure that each product provides you with maximum function and longevity of usage.

The Drop Test

Simulates the sudden drop and impact of luggage falling from a height. Place the luggage on the shelf of the testing machine, the shelf is elevated 90 cm up from the floor. The luggage is first placed in a vertical position and dropped from the shelf. Then the test is restarted, the luggage is placed in its horizontal position and dropped again from the set height. Once two drops are completed, check the condition of the case. If there is no damage, the test passes.

Wheels Mileage Test

Simulates wear and tear on the luggage wheels. Once again, start the test by filling the luggage with a 12 kg load and ensure the weight is evenly distributed. The luggage is placed on a conveyor and the conveyor is then started. Each luggage is tested to approximately 2 km per wheel. For a typical luggage with four wheels, the luggage would be required to roll on the conveyor until 8 km has been travelled. Once the test is completed, the luggage is removed and the wheels inspected. If there is no damage found, the test passes.

The Tumble Test

Simulates the movement and impacts of luggage during transportation. To begin, place the sample luggage at room temperature for one hour. Once the above has been achieved, set the luggage in the tumbler, start the machine and allow it to turn for 20 cycles. Turn off the tumbler and remove the sample. Inspect the luggage for damage. If there is no damage, the test passes inspection.

THe Handle Jerk Test

Simulates the sudden lifting on each handle and tests the sturdiness of luggage handles by dropping and pulling the handle numerous times. Start by filling the luggage with a 12 kg load, then hang the top handle of the luggage to the machine. The machine arm will then drop several inches and then quickly lift the luggage by the handle. This is repeated 300 times. This test is then repeated again with the side handle. For the handle system, the number of movements is increased to 500 times. Once the test is done, the tested luggage is inspected for damage. And the handles are checked to see if they are still in working order.
